Zaakpay.com — amount not credited to bank account

To whom it may concern
I have made transaction using zaakpay and has cancel the ticket but money not received in my account yet
Booking date was 20 april 2018
And cancel date was also 20 april 2018
Amount was detected 1710
And refund amount are showing 1590 in irctc app..
