Zaakpay.com — amount refunded but not credited to my account.

I have used Zaakpay as payment merchant for irctc ticket booking but I due to some reason I had to cancel my ticket & irctc has refunded my amount still that amount has not been credited to my bank by zaakpay.

This is first time I used zaakpay & got very bad experience.
