Zaakpay.com — cancelled my ticket on irctc but not yet refunded

Have booked railway ticket on 11.01.2018 through irctc mobile aap. Due to some reason i cancelled my ticket on 16.01.18. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 16.01.2018 through zkpy. But amount not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible

Refund date - 16.01.18...
