Zaakpay.com — didn't receive refund amount

I cancelled one of the passenger's ticket with cancellation id [protected] on 19th october 2017. The refund status on irctc website shows that the amount has been refunded to zkpy bank but i booked the ticket from axis bank and i haven't received the amount in my account yet even after more than 1 month has passed.
