I was booking a train ticket on irctc portal on dated 16.02.2019 and i had done a transaction though your gateway. Amount of rs. 385 debited my account but ticket was not booked.

Bank name: zaakpay pg reservation status: not booked
Transaction amount:385.0

Bank transaction detials:

Kindly refund my debited amount.
