Dear sir
I was booking train Ticket through IRCTC on 14 Nov 2021 from HDFC bank but somehow it could not be done and Rs. 6596.1 has been deducted through
Bank Name: Credit and Debit card /net banking / Wallet (Powered by Zaakpay)

Transaction ID.: [protected]

but still not received refund.

so see into it and resolve it.
