Hi i have canceled irctc ticket on 27 july and refund has been initiated on 2 August but till now I have not recived any ammount can u check and refund my ammount

I have added 2 image.

1 : I have canceled but till now I have note recived refund ammount. I have cancel ticket on 27 july and refund has been initiated on 2 August from irctc

2 : I have tried to book the irctc ticket but the many got deducted and ticket not booked i have done on 18 August

Check the bothe issue and refund my ammount
