Zaakpay.com — irctc cancelled amount is still not refunded from zaakpay one and half months over

Hi team

I have booked the ticket in irctc on 18-oct-2017 through zaakpay and cancelled the ticket on same day, but only partial amount of 3610.0 rs is only reflecting in my account and another partial amount of
3610.0 rs still not refunded to my account. I contacted the irctc and they have provided the details which is shown below
