I have done two transactions on irctc through zaakpay pg gateway.
Now, issue is ticket not booked on irctc and they have refunded the money to zaakpay pg but still, i didn't receive in my bank account from mobikwik.

Please help me to get the money back

I have nt got refund I have booked train ticket...IRCTC showing it has refunded...transaction I'd is mentioned in the picture
