I tried to book ticket through takkal in IRCTC on 21.02.2019 by debit card payment through mobikwik. The ticket was not booked and money has been debited from my account.
It's been 6 days, and I've not yet recieved my money back. The current status in IRCTC site is that the money has been credited to the bank, but it is not reflected in my bank account. Kindly refund the amount to my bank account. Attached is the screenshot of the failed transaction.
