Hi team,
I booked tickets in irctc through kotak mahindra net banking (Zaakpay pg). Due to some reason i cancelled the tickets and got the following email from irctc. I have cancelled my tickets on saturday (22/12/2018) and have got the refund email back from irctc on sunday (23/12/2018). Till now i did not find any amount credited to my bank. I have attached the screenshot and email from irctc for your reference. Kindly do something so that i get my amount back soon.

Normally the banks take time to process refund in
(I) for net - banking/wallets/cash cards transaction: 3-4 business days,
(Ii) for credit card/debit card transaction: 6-7 business days
