I booked a ticket through irctc under tatkal on 24/04/2018 in train number 12634 from nagercoil to chennai. Due to non availability of the requested seats, booking was not made. When contacted the irctc, i was informed that the payment of rupees 2790/- has been already settled vide transaction id [protected]. (Bank zaakpay pg) but till date the amounts is not credited in my sbi account. Please do the needful. Dr srikumar.

I cancelled e-ticket having PNR number [protected] on date 3rd April 2018 and transaction ID is [protected]
Refund id is [protected], the refund amount of RS 3900/- has not been credited to my SBI bank account till date.
Do the needful at the earliest. thanks

I have booked a ticket on12th of april 2018 .Transaction id-[protected] booking of ticket is failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank account and failure reason is payment failed, bank name is Zaakpay.The amount deducted is rs.1740. please take some action and refund the amount as soon as possible.thank you
