Zaakpay.com — irctc refund not credit my account yet

Sir i was book train ticket via zaakpay pg payment gate way.. My pnr no[protected]. I was cancel my ticket 12/10/2018.. Then irctc refund my amount to zaakpay pg bank in status showing that amount was refunded yet
