[Resolved]  Zaakpay.com — irctc tatkal booking amount deducted

I have made ticket booking in irctc takkal for ₹1331.8. Payment done and amount debited from my account. But no response like any notification. Ticket not booked and i didn't get any message regarding refund. I tried for 2 hours to contact the customer care no +[protected] and two more number but not available.
For reference. Id (Zp5772422eafb16)
Hello! Your a/c no has been debited by rs. 1331.8 on 01oct18. Info: inb/[protected]/zaak epayment services pvt.

Kindly do the needful.

In irctc, it is showing amount sent to bank but still I didn't get any response from your side.

In irctc status showing as Amount sent to zaakpay pg. But zaakpay still not refunded . if I didn't get my money soon, I will register complaint in consumer court as well as in social media also. I don't know How many people have been cheeted by you.
