I tried to book train ticket IRCTC Mobile App.. while payment I use Zaakpay gateway, amount has been deduced from my account but the ticket is not booked, then it shows transaction failed.. I seen in IRCTC failed transaction, in that status as amount refunded to zaakpay. But i didn't get my money back.. I am waiting for my money for last 8 days. please do the need full..

I booked a ticket using zaakpay through railway IRCTC app on 22/01/2018. But due to unknown reason booking is not being yet.but amount dedicated from my account.
