[Resolved]  Zaakpay.com — irctc ticket refund amount not received

I have booked IRCTC ticket booked on April 10, and April 16 2020. But due to Cavid-19 lockdown, all public transport cancelled. My refund amount cleared from IRCTC.but still didn't receive refund amount.
