Zaakpay.com — money deducted but ticket not booked and money not refunded

Sir,
I was booking a train ticket and same has been not booked and money is deducted from my account and not refunded till date, zaakpay is not returning the money, in every transaction zaakpay is creating scene, we don't have that much time go and check all the status, please improve your service and payment refund system
The details are as under -
Date of booking - 21.03.2018

Amount - rs. 455.90

Status - not credited

I have booked my train ticket and same has been cancelled by me, but the refund is not given by zaakpay at the same time irctct has settled the payment
The details are as under -
Date of booking - 07.02.2018
Date of cancellation -17.03.18

Cancellation id - [protected]
Amount - rs. 2130
Status - not credited
