Zaakpay.com — money not refunded to my account

I have booked 6 ticket from irctc from ltt to raipur dated[protected]. But on[protected] it have partially cancelled ticket.
Irctc is showing money have already been refunded to zkpy bank on[protected] but till now it has not been added to my account.
Please refund it to my as soon as possible otherwise i have to take some legal steps. I have attached screenshot of the transaction id
