I have booked ticket in tatkal quota on 20 may 2018 but transaction was failed due to non availability of seat and payment was completed through sbi debit card and payment gateway was mobikwik. Irctc says payment refunded on 20 may 2018 in zaakpay pg but not received in my bank till 25.05.2018. Sir, kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible
