My refund amount status is still pending against my pnr nos [protected], [protected]

Journy date are 03 may 20 and 04 may 20 respectively. Transaction ids are [protected], and [protected] respectively. Pls intervine in my complaint as the money is very imp to me. It is already 07 days passed.
