Sir with due respect i would like to inform you that i had booked a tatkal rail ticket bearing pnr no [protected] and the ticket was cancelled by me on 20 apr 2018 and a refundable amount was refunded by irctc on 21 apr 2018 but the amount is not credited till now in my account. So kindly check the transaction and refund my amount as soon as possible.
