Sir, i have booked 1 tatkal ticket on 29 april 2018 by the irctc app. An amount of rs 505 was deducted when i entered the otp but my ticket was not generated. Plz check this transcation history and refund my deducted amount. When i checked the failure reason option on the app it shows no response from bank the bank is "zaakpay pg". Dear Team, Tickets have been cancelled and amount has been refunded in Zaakpay PG.
Still amount is not credited in my axis bank account.
For details kindly find the attached screen shot and do the needful.

Hii...this is amit, i have book ticket on 19-Apr-18 from irctc rail connect and now i have cancel the ticket on 19-Apr-18, so the ticket get cancelled but till date the amount not credited in my HDFC account and IRCTC shows that amount refunded.
Kindly help us with the same.

Hii its ankita, i have booked many
tickets on irctc for last 1 year but from feb 2019 not my single ticket got booked i tried several times. My money got diducted bus tickets are not generating. When i contect irctc customer care thay told that bank is not proceeding yr money. I am facing alot of pblm so plz show your consult on this i m pacing a lots of pblm
