Irctc has refund the amount of 455 on 2/3/2020 with ref. No zp59ed276dbf205 but i didn't got it in my bank account. Please solve the issue. Sir/mam, I have done train booking from irctc application and online payment done by netbanking through my account powered by zaakpay. After few days i cancel my ticket and we irctc has refund the amount of 455/- against it but it is not showing in my account Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I have made a recharge through BSNL Mobiqwik. My recharge did not happen but the amount was deducted from bank. We tried calling BSNL call centre but they said there was no recharge made

The amount is of 800 Rs. kindly and the bank shows the transaction is from ZAAK EPAYMENT, GURGAON . Kindly resolve my problem.
