Hi

As per my enquiry irctc had paid to you on 1/5/2018. But till now my account didnt creadited by you.
My request to you is kindly creadit my refunded amount to my bank..

This is too much lagging. And i request you to dont delay again...

Dear Sir,

had booked ticket on 21st April 2018 but it got failed and money got deducted but ticket not booked.
I have not received my refund money till date.For your references transaction id.-[protected]
Kindly do the needful.
