Zaakpay.com — please refund my debited amount

Dear sir I am ROSHAN CHETTRI have used my SBI debit card while booking train ticket through IRCTC on 22August 2018 via zaakpaypg.My amount of Rs.320 was debited from my account but due to some problem my ticket was not booked and till date my debited amount 320 Rs is not credited to my account through zaskpay ph
