Zaakpay.com — railway ticket refund

Hello sir i am vinod nakrani and i have booked a ticket on 20th jan 2018 from sbc to spt via karur vysya bank debit card and i have cancelled it on 21st january 2018.
My refund status in irctc is showing as 'refunded' but not yet received. When tried to contact irctc they said the money is credited to zaakpay and they haven't credited it to my account.

Hello i am Vinod Nakrani, I have booked Railway Ticket on 20.01.2018 through IRCTC Portal, I have paid through Karur Vysya Bank debit card. Due to some reason, I cancelled ticket on 21.1.2018. IRCTC portal says payment is refunded on 23.1.2018 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible
