Zaakpay.com — refund amount not received in my bank account yet

I have booked on irctc ticket on indian railway for the journey date 18th april 2020 through zaakpay payment gateway. But due to the covid-19 the ticket was cancelled by indian railway. Refund initiated in irctc to zaakpay payment gateway. But am not getting my money still now. Please refund my money to my bank account.

There is no reply and no resolution from zaakpay payment gateway .
Its almost 15days left, kindly do the needful.
