[Resolved]  Zaakpay.com — refund but not received in my account

Have booked ticket on 7 march 2018.payment completed i have paid through SBI 0debit card and payment gateway is zaakapay pg and due to some personal reason cancelled my ticket on 22 march & IRCTC says payment refunded on 25 march 2018 in ZKPY(zaakpay) pg but not received in my bank account. Please Resolve my problem ASAP(as soon as possible). I dont know about that and i dont have any account on zaakpay. so please i request to you resolved my problem as soon as possible.
