Dear sir i have use on irctc payment on your merchant side my credit card i have i have ticket cancel but not credit my credit card balance i have send txn number

Cancelled on 5 june of rupee 4220 zkpy refunded 06-june-2018

This amount is refund irctc but not credited my account

I had booked ticket and pay by zaakpay pg... On 22jun i had cancelled the ticket.. IRCTC refunded the amount but did not get in my credit cad... Please check and provide refund amount asap...
