Zaakpay.com — refund did not credited in my account

I have booked rly. Ticket on 17.10.2018 through irctc. Portal i have paid through bank of india (Boi) net banking. Due to some reason my raillwayy tickets cancelled on 17/10/2018. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible

Awaiting refund amount for the ticket cancellation with Refund id- [protected].

ticket was booked from train from NDLS to Mumbai on 20th Oct.

i have received refund for the same day ticket cancellation through Paytm and i don't understand the problem with Zaakpay.

I booked tickets ain irctc aaps and then my ticket was cancelled and refund amount not received in my bank account
