Dear Team,
I have done cancellation of Train Ticket on 31st May 2022 and refund has not credit as on date. IRCTC Customer Care team says that credit instructions have given to payment gateway i.e. ZAAKPAY.
Details of Transactions are as follows:

− Refund Amount: 4, 005/-
