Zaakpay.com — refund from irctc- zaakpay

I have not received refund from zaakpay despite money being refunded from IRCTC on 17 th December 2019 for rs 2520/-.
Refund id : no:ZP590ff90bec917. Zaakpay despite getting refund money from IRCTC has not refunded the amount deliberately which is a criminal offence. Complete transaction is

I have booked a sleeper ticket from Bhopal to thrissur through debit /credit card/ net banking powered by zack pay. Money has been refunded by irctc but i have not received the money in my bank account.
