Zaakpay.com — refund not received from zaakpay pg of failed tatkal ticket

I have booked tatkal ticket but to some technical reason ticket was not booked and failed but amount debited from account and still not credited ticket was done on 18 march 2019, please refund my amount. Further i am attaching screenshot of failed ticket and my transaction id is [protected]. Please work on it and refund my amount.
