Zaakpay.com — refund not received in bank.

Dear sir/mam,

This complaint is regarding irctc non refunded amount. On irctc it shows refuned to zkpy but not received to my bank account. The details of transactions are as follows:

Transaction id: [protected]

Cancellation id: [protected]

Refund amount: 405 /- rs

Refund date shows on irctc is : 27 nov 2017

Kindly resolve the issue early as possible.
