Zaakpay.com — refund not yet for the pnr [protected]

I cancelled the ticket on 18th march but still the amount inr 160 has not been refunded. But in the refund status showing refunded. My pnr no is [protected]. Kindly review and refund the amount at the earliest. Attached snapshot copy for your reference and action.
