amount cut by irtctc in refund its showing sent to zaakpay bank
still no refund is showing in my account
its seven days sicnce its not reflecting in my account when i am going to get the refud

I was booked a railway ticket through zaakpaybank ...but the ticket was cancelled ..money refunded to your bank ...but your bank didn't refund the money to my bank account ...so kindly refund my money ...

Updated by ani777ram I had booked a railway ticket on 11/0102018 thru union bank of india debit card from irctc website the tranaction failed and the amount of rs 2200 was deducted the transaction id is [protected]
The status now showing is amount has been refunded to zkpay bank on 22/01/2018
But still that amount is not recived in my union bank account so kindly look into the matter and do the.needful
