Zaakpay.com — Refund of railway ticket booked on irctc

I have cancelled a ticket booked zaakpay gateway on IRCTC.
The refund has been processed by irctc
But I didn't receive the refund in my bank account by zaakpay.
Its been four days already
Why zaakpay is holding my money.
I want my refund as soon as possible.
