Zaakpay.com — refund of railway ticket money

Dear sir,
I had tried to book a ticket on24/10/17 by train 19713 from swm to whm but the transaction failed.Id [protected].
Amount of Rs. 4130 was deducted from my Axis bank account .( INB/[protected] / ZAAKEPAYMENT SERVICES PVT LTD on dt 24/10/17)
I am sending you the Axis bank statement.
Please look in to the matter and return back the money.
