I had booked 3 railway tickets on irctc app using my debit card with number [protected] linked to my sbi bank account number [protected]. Two of the trains got cancelled and for third ticket tdr was filed as train was more than 3 hours late. Transaction id for cancelled train tickets are [protected] (Bank refund transaction id is zp57859cfe6f0ca) and [protected] (Bank refund transaction id is zp578593ec6f37d) and refund for last ticket is still under process. My issue is that, due to some reasons, i had to close my above bank account. So i request you to kindly transfer the refund amount into another of my bank account with number [protected]. Kindly cooperate.
