Zaakpay.com — Ticket booked through IRCTC refund not received

I have booked two train tickets using Zaakpay in IRCTC. Later I cancelled both of them but I have not received refund even after 13 days even though the refund status is shown as credited in bank with reference ID. The amount is not reflected in my account at all.
The amount is ₹2000.4/- and ₹1775/-. It's been over two weeks and I haven't received my money. Yet I have received refund of other tickets I have booked later and cancelled using other gateways like Razorpay within 4 days
