Zaakpay.com — ticket cancelled but refund not credited into account

Hi team,

I had booked a tatkal ticket on 27th april 2018, as it was in waiting it got cancelled. I received a mail that i will be refunded 1425 rs on 30th april 2018 but till now i had not received any amount in my account.
Please find below the details for the same
We wish to inform you that, with reference to refund against pnr number [protected] /irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 1425.0 has been processed as per below details:
Date of cancellation of e-ticket/date of failure of e-ticket booking:29-apr-2018
Refund processing date:30-apr-2018

Please help me get a refund asap.
