Zaakpay.com — Ticket not issued but amount debited from my account

Good Morning sir,
Actually I booked a train on 22/05/2022 through IRCTC Zaakpay payment gateway journey date 26.05.2022 from Shornur (SRR) to Kalyan (KYN) on LTT Garibh Rath train Class 3 AC on that time W/L seats are available and booked. unfortunately an amount of Rs2327.20 has been deducted from my account and I could not received any kind of notification like booked ticket screen or text message on my mobile or eticket to my registered mail. Also I didn't received any information from IRCTC and Zaakpayment regarding that transaction was unsuccessful. Repeat of my mail I received aninformation from IRCTC stating that TXN [protected] was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards IRCTC. I checked with my Bank Axis Bank Limited Ottapalam Brach they said the amount is successfully credited to Zaakpay. So request you to please check from your end immediately and make a refund as early as possible.
