Zaakpay.com — to solve refund issue

I have booked ticket in irctc and later on cancelled it on 17/03/18. It is showing in irctc that money was refunded on 20/03/18. But till today i haven't got any amount in my bank account. When i made contact with irctc they told that they have refunded already, and suggested to make further contact to zaakpay. So, please fix the issue and do the need ful for refunding my amount. I am hereby attaching the details..
