Zaakpay.com — train ticket amount not refunded to my account

I have booked rly. Ticket on 11.11.2017 through irctc. Portal i have paid amount through sbi net banking. Ticket got cancelled for train on 26nov2017 automatically as it was still in wl after chart preparation.

When checked in portal it says refunded to bank but it was not credited to my account yet. Please resolve this as soon as possible
