Hi,
I am unable to reach your contact center for more than one month towards unauthorized transaction.
Reference no. Kpg-[protected] amt 33, 242.87 dated 23rd nov 2018.

I have raised complaints over mails multiple times, unfortunately there is no response from zaakpay team.

Request you to resolve this asap.

I have not received my refund amount yet and IRCTC is showing its status as refunded and bank name as ZAAKPAY.
