Hi sir/madam, i am v prem kumar, i have booked a sleeper class (Sl) ticket in tatkal quota from pithapuram (Pap) to secunderabad (Sc), dated on 21-nov-2017 for date of journey:22-nov-2017, with transaction id: [protected], through zaakpay pg. Irctc has been showing as refunded on 24-nov-2017 with cancellation id: [protected], but amount has been not credited in my bank account.
