Its been almost a month since i filed a complaint on THIS WEBSITE, zaakpay did reply me with saying that they needed my number. i paid Rs 3198 to buy valorant points to buy gun skin and the transaction was successful from the bank the riot did not receive any cash. we got scammed by zaakpay who took our money and now they are not refunding the money. cannot believe why would riot go for such ### payment gateway company. just like me there are lot of gamers out there waiting for the refunds and reply from zaakpay. zaakpay is literally not responsing back after writing alot of mails. really disappointed.
