Requesting a refund for inr 2440.90 for failed transaction that took place on 12.12.2017 through zaakpay. Amount for this transaction got deducted from my kotak account but till date i. E., 23.12.2017. Thought it takes 4-5 working days for irctc to resolve but this is still pending. Below is the details for resolution :
