Transaction 1 payment id :[protected] bill reference no Zp14d29faaff2 transaction 2 payment id :[protected] bill reference no. zp14d29fc16f8 with reference to the details given above : 1. i made two transactions towards mobikwik wallet payment on 6 may 2015, details as given above. 2. one transaction was successful and money was credited to the wallet. 3. one transaction was unsuccessful, money was debited from my account but nnot credited towards mobikwik. 4. i am yet to receive the money back and no information provided to me by zaak.

Transaction failed but money not refunded

I made an online transaction through Mobikwik wallet on 14th Apr, 2016. The money was debited from my bank account but the transaction failed. I'm yet to receive a refund for the amount that got debited. The details of the transaction are as mentioned below:
