Zaakpay — Refund not received A. Acharyya

Hello, I tried booking a Tatkal ticket o 17th December in the morning through my IRCTC app. The payment was made through Zaakpay payment gateway. But after the payment was done it showed that there's no seat available and the transaction has been settled. Previously such transaction failures was generally settled and money was refunded to my account within 2-3 working days but this time it has been more than 10 days and no such refund has been processed to my account. I mailed my concern to the official IRCTC customer care mail address and got reply that they has directed the payment gateway to transfer my amount to the account but nothing has been updated till now. It's surprising to see on this forum that this gateway generally is extremely fraudulent in nature and keeps the customer's money to them without giving any refund. I am attaching the transaction details and the mail response of irctc. Please look into the matter and try to solve the problem at the earliest.
